In just a few steps you will have all of the information you need to plan, book, and your next meeting or event.
Step One
To get started, an organizer can simply enter the attendee’s information and their departure locations in the platform or Outlook add-in. Alternatively, you can also plan an anonymous event, which only requires the number of participants and where they will come from.
Step Two
Next, you will select up to three potential dates, times, and a benchmark location for your upcoming meeting. In this step, there are also additional parameters you can configure based on your travel and location requirements.
Step Three
Start the optimized search! Our MPF gets to work, calculating and delivering meeting locations based on minimum CO₂ emissions, lowest travel costs, and maximum productivity. Use this information to make an informed decision for the best possible time and place to meet.
Step Four
Share and book without the hassle. When you are ready, meeting invitations are sent directly to attendees. The MPF integrates with your booking engine or can directly book with ours.
